Harley Davis has been a leader in the AI-based decision space for 35 years.   As product leader for IBM Decision technology and IBM watsonx Orchestrate, Harley led the creation of the next generation of symbolic AI.  As head of IBM France R&D, Harley forged deep partnerships with leading universities and researchers in AI.  As sales leader and professional services leader at ILOG and IBM, Harley helped define and create the market for business rule technology and worked with dozens of leading companies to implement decisioning systems.   Harley has a BS and MS from MIT in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science.

Joël has over 30 years of experience working directly with enterprises to create business value with AI-enhanced business technology like BPM, RPA, and decisions.    He has worked with leading vendors including Software AG, Lombardi, IBM, and Pegasystems.   Joel's focus has always been combining a real understanding of business issues with a deep experience in technology and a love for AI as a way to help people and organizations.

Jean-Christophe has over 30 years of experience selling and delivering digital transformation projects, combining customer orientation with a deep technical expertise in decision management and business rules. He worked for the European Space Agency, ILOG and IBM, occupying a varied range of technical and business positions: software development and solution architecture, methodology expert, technical sales, industry marketing and business development. As an entrepreneur, he launched a SaaS solution in the RegTech space. He graduated with a MSc in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from ENSIMAG. He has a deep experience in technology and a love for AI as a way to help people and organizations.

Jerome is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in implementing and delivering intelligent automation solutions. As an IBM Distinguished Engineer, he has been at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in event-driven architecture, streaming implementations, and hybrid cloud deployments.  Jerome has deep technical expertise in decision management systems with complex customer’s deployment and by developing a world wide adopted agile methodology for decision service deployment. Recently Jerome worked in a cloud hyper scaler in tech sale capacity, supporting Data and AI ISV companies in adopting scalable SaaS implementations.

Kallol has more than 25 years of experience delivering digital transformation for enterprises throughout the world. Kallol is an expert in intelligent process automation and decision management and has spent many years delivering solutions based on IBM ODM and other business automation solutions. He has worked with leading software vendors including ILOG, IBM, Pega Systems and systems integrators like Capgemini and NIIT Technologies. He is an experienced solution architect who enjoys collaborative ways of working to deliver value to customers.

Francis is a renowned expert in decision management, AI, business rules, and process management, with over 35 years of experience at top companies like ILOG, IBM, and Pegasystems. He has worked with clients across banking, insurance, healthcare, and the public sector worldwide. Throughout his career, Francis has held global roles in Solutions Consulting and pre-sales. As an established IBM thought leader, he has delivered presentations at major industry events around the world. Francis holds a PhD in image recognition from the Ecole des Mines de Paris.
